How to set up your own Climate Cook-In fundraiser page with JustGiving

Thanks for signing up to the Climate Cook-In, the funds you raise will help inspire essential climate action. A great way to raise funds online is to set up a page on JustGiving where your friends and family can see what you’re doing and why. 

Setting up a page is easy, and only takes around 5 minutes, so why not get started today? 

1. Go to our JustGiving page

First off, go to our Just Giving campaign page at www.justgiving.com/campaign/Climate-Cook-In.

 

2. Select ‘start fundraising’

Click the ‘start fundraising’ button on the right-hand side of the page

3. Log in to JustGiving

You can login or set up an account with your email or with your Facebook account.

4. Enter basic page details

To set up the fundraising page you need to enter some very basic details:

  • create a page name (using your own name works well here so your friends and family can find it)

  • confirm that your page can accept gift aid

  • confirm whether you’re happy to receive emails from Possible or not.

5. Your page is up and running

You can now personalise it to fit your unique event.

The edit button is in the top left-hand corner when you view your page. From here you can upload your photos and images, change the page title, set a fundraising target, and add a bit of explanation as to what made you sign up to be a Climate Cook-In host.

You can now share your page with your guests, friends and family to start raising money for vital climate action.
