Sarah Wasserman, author and executive chef at Mildreds and mallow
With over 15 years experience in the food industry, primarily in plant based food, Sarah is the creative force behind mallow’s plant-based menu. Sarah’s passion and knowledge for plant based food is unparalleled. Co-authoring multiple cookbooks and contributing recipes for a diverse range of audiences including Foodism, Mens Heath, Womens Health, Delicious and Red Magazine.
