Catriona Currie
Cat is a grassroots organiser and climate campaigner, with a specialism in coordinating nation-wide activism networks.
Cat is Friends of the Earth's Senior Campaign Activism Advisor, and currently co-leads the United for Warm Homes campaign - a grassroots campaign for warm homes that don't cost the earth. Cat led the design and growth of the organisation's new Climate Action Group network and led the successful campaign to secure council Climate Action Plans. In her previous role, Cat was a London Campaign Organiser, leading pan-London environmental campaigns and supporting activists across the capital to protect their environment.
Cat has a background in youth activism and was previously Senior Campaigns Manager at Restless Development, where she led campaigns on a range of issues including HIV, tax justice and climate change.
Cat is also a board member of The Climate Coalition, lives in Lewes, and can usually be found walking her dog in the countryside or in a cosy pub with friends.
