Juliet Michaelson
I support and help develop all the things which make Possible tick and help strengthen us as an organisation: our people, operations, finances and fundraising.
At the start of my career I was a social researcher and policy advocate. I spent eight years at the New Economics Foundation working on wellbeing indicators and ways of measuring national success (e.g. in this report), aiming to create space for climate action as a political priority. Over time I got fascinated by how organisations can best support people to achieve great things, which led to my organisational development roles at NEON and Economy.
An ideal weekend for me would probably involve a bike ride where my two kids don’t leave me too far behind, followed by a family movie (current recommendation – the under-appreciated feminist masterpiece Raya and the Last Dragon), and a spot of singing with my community choir.
