Rosie Clarke

As Possible’s Head of Operations and People, I’m here to ensure that our amazing staff have what they need to do their work well, and that the organisation is functioning in ways that embody our values and vision for the world. I’m passionate about embedding practices, processes and a culture that manifest better and less harmful ways of working, as well as being in community, both internally and in our movement ecosystem.

I dropped out of a PhD in English to work in publishing, and sacked that off to work in the third sector where I’ve held a variety of roles — all driving towards winning the better world that we know is possible.

I’m a passionate reader, film and TV watcher, yoga practitioner and walk-taker, and loving companion to my cat Dante.
