Solar planes aren’t coming to save us, sustainable aviation fuels are a distant dream, and carbon offsetting doesn’t do what it says on the tin.
But, we’re in luck! Many of our holiday destinations can be reached by low carbon travel such as train, ferry, coach or car.
So we came up with Climate Perks - a new employee benefit scheme in which climate-conscious employers enable staff to choose slower, cleaner, travel by giving them paid ‘journey days’ on top of annual leave.
For staff, Climate Perks means the decision to choose climate-friendly holiday travel is that much easier (no leisure time is lost!).
